Hibou
(2 bedrooms – 1 double + 1 Single,
2 single beds. Sleeps up to 5 )

Hibou used to provide storage for vegetables and general farm
equipment but became the residence of the local barn owl for a number of years.
When restoration began in 1997 he was persuaded to relocate but has not ventured
very far – he can often be heard in the evenings and sometimes makes a wonderful
silhouette against the dusk sky as he perches on the chimney stack scouring the
yard for a suppertime morsel late home to bed!

the right of the entrance door. |

| Cabin style stairs lead from the sitting room up to the two
bedrooms looking out onto the pool, sandpit and swings – one with a double bed tucked under the eaves
and an additional single bed and one with
two single beds. |

French doors lead from the sitting room
onto the terrace with barbecue table and seats where summer visitors like to
lean back with a good book and a glass of something long and cool contemplating
the pool and the fields beyond.
